WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 grill
- 1 non-Stick Frying Pan
INGREDIENTS
- 4 le Naturelle barn eggs
- 4 burger buns
- 4 burgers
- a few lettuce leaves
- sauces to taste
METHOD
- Cut the buns in half. Heat the grill and cook the burgers on both sides. When they are cooked, also heat the buns until golden brown. Cut the tomatoes into slices and peel off the lettuce leaves.
- In a non-stick frying pan, cook the eggs with a drizzle of oil. Arrange the burgers: bottom half of the bun, sauces at the base, salad, meat, sliced tomato, egg and top half of the bun. Serve immediately!
