WHAT YOU NEED
- 1 saucepan
INGREDIENTS
- 50 g le Naturelle egg white in bottle
- 90 g quinoa
- 2 not too large red apples
- cinnamon powder to taste
- liquid honey to taste
- 350 ml water
METHOD
- Peel and cut the apples into cubes. In a saucepan, collect the quinoa, water and bring to a boil. Cover, lower the heat and cook for 20-25 minutes. The apples must be tender and the quinoa must have absorbed all the liquid.
- Add cinnamon, egg white and serve with plenty of honey.
